SELF HEALING
When we help ourselves to health by working with the body and being totally aware of the energies around us, we not only start to get better but we also empower ourselves enough to get rid of the constricting fears that only adds to people's illness.
The CD's or tapes I have been selling for 10 years now have made an enormous difference to people's health and especially to their own awareness of what they can do for themselves, often amazing doctors along the way.
