The Chakra System, my experience with a Healing CD.
The chakra system was something that I had heard of but not fully appreciated. As a person who really needs to see solid evidence couldn't see how it could work. Then the saying goes don't knock it till you have tried it.
With 7 parts to the system the body and some say more but the main being, root, sacral, solar plexus, chest, throat, brow and crown. I tried this system out, bought a cd on a APH healing course that I was doing and away I went.
As a person with a mind always on the go but yet a body that can no longer keep up I couldn't believe the difference. As the cd took me through each part of the chakra system I immediately felt a difference looking to my body as a different being.
As parts of it hurt due to youth going down the slide of life it helped me to understand although individual as parts of my body is, it all comes together to work as one being able to function together.
So as I went through the chakras it seemed to energize each part of my being. Using the colours that were being told to each chakra once finished made me feel good on the inside which is something that not many people achieve in a life time. Which in turn makes you feel good on the outside. Not even Avon can bottle that and sell it.
As many meditations I have tried with different kinds of music the chakra system of working really did seem to bring me to another level of calm and awareness. Now talking to any part of my body that may be feeling unwell seems to help or just relaxing going through each part as time has gone on gets better and better.
There may be a break in the chakras so how good it is to help it heal together and work as one again. I find this is something that I don't have to see I just feel the difference.
